No long-term commitment required — just drop in whenever you can\, even if only for a long lunch hour. \nMembers who have attended have said that 45 minutes of throwing rocks has really helped their delivery.  In a game you only throw 16 rocks\, in 45 minutes of practice you can throw 30 or more. \nDay and time:  Day curling sessions will run from noon to 2:00 pm on Thursdays throughout the curling season. \nCost:  $20 per session payable to the Rink \nIf you have questions contact info@fingerlakescurling.org
